Our service is free
Go Fiber Net Cable, operated by Nazia Baig LLC does not charge customers to compare plans or to be connected with a provider, so we do not collect payments from you and have nothing to refund.
Charges from providers
If you sign up for a service, you pay the provider you chose. Billing, cancellation, early termination, equipment returns and refunds are governed by that provider's own terms and policies. Please read them before you activate service.
If you have a billing concern
- Contact the provider's customer support for charges on your bill
- Ask the provider about any trial period or cancellation window shown in your order confirmation
- Keep your order confirmation and account number for reference
